ZHEJIANG XINZUO BUS TRANSMISSION CO,.LTD as one of executive member units of China Urban Bus Materials Council, Zhejiang Xinzuo Coach Gearbox Co., Ltd. is a modern industry-trade enterprise specializing in designing and manufacturing coach gearboxes with proprietary intellectual property rights. The company is transferred from Zhejiang Rundun Auto Parts Co., Ltd., with 20-year experience in designing and manufacturing gearbox parts. Located in Xiaowangmiao Economic Development Zone of Fenghua City with very convenient traffic, it is one of the five branches of Zhejiang Rundun, adjacent to Xikou in the west—known as “the Hometown of Chiang Kai-shek, the Mount in Dream, and the Maitreya Platform,” close to Yong-jin Expressway in the south, and only 15km from Ningbo Leshe Airport in the east.

With strong technical force and innovation capacity, the company started to develop coach gearboxes in 2000. It has developed five series such as XZ5J800, XZ5J950, XZ4J1150, XZ4J900, XZ4J750 and over 30 types of gearboxes, which are suitable to 7-12m coaches. Frequently tested by the market, the products are featured by “energy conservation, environmentally-friendliness; high reliability, long service life; flexible operation, low noise.” The bus-use top gearbox obtained national patent and is awarded and supported by the central government and local economic and commercial commission.

The company is fitted with sophisticated equipment and exquisite inspection methods: advanced NC machining units, thermal treatment production lines, assembly lines and painting lines and more than 1,000 sets of world leading equipment including 20 sets of NC machining centers, NC boring lathes, high-precision internal grinding machines, YK7236 NC worm gear grinding machines, DEA trilinear coordinates measuring instruments, 3204B universal gear measuring instruments, HVC-1000 digital display micro hardness testers, F20 material spectrum analyzers (OPTICA company) and so forth.

The company quality system has linked up with international standards and passed the certifications of TūV of TUV Rheinland Group and ISO/TS16949:2002 Quality Management System.
